FUNDING GAP ANALYSIS FOR RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DECARBONIZATION FOR BOSTON, MA

An analysis of the total installation cost to comprehensively decarbonize all small and medium buildings in the city of Boston, considering health and safety needs as well as electrification. The analysis also assesses the gap left after stacking existing funding sources, particularly for low- and moderate-income households that will need public investment to cover that gap.
