Why Cities?
Cities are powerful change agents. As the most nimble level of government, cities can launch innovative and equitable policy solutions that can inspire and serve as models for policymakers at all levels of government.
BEI is currently working closely with six cities to develop and implement high-impact and equitable policies and programs. BEI’s relationships with high-ambition cities also include six cities whose building electrification efforts we supported between 2018 and 2023.
